Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Trusted tech Education Consultancy, we strive to ensure that our users are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to our premium subscription service.

If you wish to cancel your premium subscription, you must submit a cancellation request via email to queries@trustedtech.in. You must provide the following information in your cancellation email:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Google Pay Transaction ID
• Reason for Cancellation

A full refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is received within 7 days from the date of payment. Refunds will only be processed if the premium services were not utilized during this 7-day period. Once your refund request is confirmed, we will process the refund to your Google Pay account within 7 business days.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the cancellation request is made after 7 days from the payment date.
• If the user has already accessed or used the premium services, including consultation or document submission.
• If the user fails to submit the cancellation request via email to the correct address.

All refunds will be processed through Google Pay, and the amount will be credited back to the same Google Pay account used for the original payment.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and the updated policy will take effect immediately.
